BLACK CAUCUS TO HOLD TOWN HALL MEETING ON NEW WARD MAP PROPOSAL

September 27, 2011 -- The Chicago City Council Black Caucus will be hosting a town hall meeting on the new proposed ward map for the City of Chicago.  The town hall is open to the public and the press is welcome to attend.
